I am posting today to see make sure I am doing this right. While I did an extensive blog for our Alaska trip it has been 4 years and I can hardly remember what I did yesterday.LOL If you do not wish to receive updates please let me know. No problem. I am only allowed so many to email so I limited it to family. Please feel free to forward to anyone you feel would be interested.
Luggage is out! Dining Room table is starting to accumulate cruise paraphernalia and panic is starting to set in. There are so many last minute things to do that I am finding it a bit overwhelming. We are so use to packing the RV for extended trips where we can take anything and everything, and usually do, that this is taking a lot of thought.
The only cloud hanging over this trip is missing family, friends and Rudy. I know family and friends understand what is going on. I hope Rudy doesn't think we have abandoned him. Find myself hugging on him more and more. I'm afraid Terry and Joan are going to spoil him more than we have and he won't want to come home. LOL
We are looking forward to meeting up in Fort Lauderdale next Thursday with friends from Cruise Critic for dinner before our sail away on Friday at 4PM EST. Should be a lot of fun.
I probably will not be able to post as often as I would like due to Internet restrictions. Hopefully my next post will be on the Emerald Princess. Wish me luck. Pray for a safe trip as we will pray for all of you while we are gone.
