We have been so busy yesterday and today. Everything has gone great.
We had a wonderful dinner with fellow cruisers, went back to Embassy Suites and passed out. Yesterday morning we were up and ready by 8am. It became a day to hurry up and wait:)
We had our luggage ready for Princess at 9am. Then we had to go identify it to make sure they collected all of it. After that we checked in with Princess rep for shuttle to pier and terminal 2.
Could not believe how beautiful and big the ship is. However, when we saw the terminal we were saying OhNo. The line for embarkation was very long. It looked like all 3080 passengers showed up. We were very impressed with the speed of the service and within 45 minutes we were in our stateroom.
After eating lunch in the buffet we went back to our room where four out of 5 bags had arrived. We quickly unpacked and headed to muster drill. After that we went on deck for the sail away. It was delayed about 45 mins. because of airport delays. I am glad they waited. I would sure want them to wait for me.
Sail away was more exciting with the kids watching and texting. Sharon and Kalie saw us as we pulled away on the webcam. Back to room to find our last piece of luggage. Whew!
We went to dinner, the evening show which was cute and then fell into bed. Clocks moved forward 1 hr.
