May 22, 2013

Today is bitter sweet. We have to settle up our accounts and pack, say good-bye to crew members we have grown so fond of and all our new friends.
The weather is very windy and cold. The ship is rocking a good bit tonight but we have become quite the sailors. We are going to have quite an adjustment in a lot of ways:) when we get home.
After lunch with a couple of ladies we met from Toronto, we went to the Piazza and had a limoncello gelato....so good, before we headed back to our cabin to pack. Packing was very crazy with 3 big suitcases opened in our little room. We finally got it all packed and out in the hall where it was picked up and we won't see it until we claim it at the airport in the morning. Of course we have a carry on for tonight and in the AM.
We had dinner with Karen and Bob and said our good-byes. It is sad to leave them, we have had a lot of laughs and good times. They love to RV, so maybe we will meet somewhere down the road.
Denny and I went to the casino for a few minutes and then to the theater for a great show. There was a couple who did ballroom dancing and a violin player who was remarkable. Princess has really brought on great talent.
Well, I am going to try and sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a VERY long day. Keep us in your prayers for a safe trip home and see you on the beach.
Love you all.
