Another day of driving,but we got to our motel Quality Inn in Hollywood, Florida around 2:30 est. Quickly checked in and headed out to find the Cruise Port. After one wrong turn, we found the port. It will be really easy to get too.
Came back to the motel and our rooms were ready so we took the luggage we needed up to the rooms, rested a bit and headed out to dinner around 6.
BTW, motel is very nice....all the amenities. You can leave your car here but Michael feels better leaving it at the port in the garage..
The clerk at the desk told us about Islamamorde Fish Camp, which was about 2 miles away. Again after one wrong turn (get the picture), we found it and were we glad. It is owned by Bass Pro Shop. Denny said it was the best fish ever! We all agreed.
Michael and I were tired. He drove and Edwina and I navigated...again, only one wrong turn ;)
The security guard at the port said come early. Well we can't board until 12:30, but guess what time we plan on leaving the motel....10:45. Are we eager or what!
